1. What forms of payment do you accept?  

  • We accept all major credit cards, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal through PayPal Systems.

 

2. Will my personal information be safe?

  • You can be confident that your personal information will be secure. We have partnered with PayPal to offer safe credit transactions for our customers. We use PayPal, which has an extensive privacy policy that protects the privacy of the user. PayPal employs industry-standard SSL encryption technologies.

 

3. Do you offer special pricing to vendors?

  • Yes. 

 

4. What shipping methods do you use?

 

  • We use USPS, UPS and FedEx.

 

5. When will my order arrive?

 

  • After your order is received, you will be sent a confirmation email stating when your order will be processed and ready for shipment. Please add additional time for shipping: Ground, 2nd Day or Overnight.

6. Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

 

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is actually shipped.

 

7. What is your return policy?

  • In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you may return your purchase within 10 days from the date you received your order. All sales are final after 10 days with no exceptions. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) is required for all returns and must be obtained from our Customer Service Department. We will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization number. Please review our Return Policy under Customer Service for additional details.

 

8. When will my return be processed?

  • Returns will be processed within 14 days of the date we receive your items. A notification email will be sent to the email address on file at the time your refund is processed.
